She's happiest when creating beautiful spaces, mentoring fellow creatives, and proving that great design is all about making people feel something.

Elaine has never known life without hospitality. She didn't choose this industry. It chose her. Raised in her family's restaurant business, she learned that hard work and taking care of people go hand in hand. Those lessons shaped a career spanning more than 40 years, including 23+ years with MC&A. She earned the nickname “Killer Keller” for her determination to get things done. The best part of her career has been mentoring others and building relationships.
Her greatest accomplishment isn't her career. It's her family. She is a proud mom and an even prouder Noni to six grandchildren and two great-grands. They are her greatest joy and a daily reminder of what matters most.
Serving on the Board of Directors for SITE Texas and as incoming Chapter President is her way of giving back to an industry that has given her so much. The event business gave her a career. The people gave her a life.
Because at the end of the day, for Elaine it's never about the event. It's always about the people.

Deb has spent over 20 years in an industry she found by happenstance. She helped a friend staff a program involving transportation for a New York Yankees game and the rest, as they say, is history. Having had the opportunity to learn from one of the best in the industry, whose guidance helped shape her path, she worked quickly through the ranks from freelance staff to Lead Travel Director and on to Senior Program Manager. Deb enjoys all facets of the job (especially the sometimes unpopular transportation/logistics side), but the most rewarding thing in the end, when it's done correctly, is seeing the happiness it can bring to everyone involved, from behind the scenes all the way through to the guests. One thing is for sure: it's always an adventure. And she LOVES a great adventure!

Their lives are happily run by an adorable rescue pup, and they wouldn't have it any other way.

Hospitality has shaped Ashlee's career - from international group sales and food & beverage to events and DMC. For 20+ years, she has brought people together through hospitality by building teams, partnerships, and experiences people remember. She has learned that hospitality isn't just what you do, it's how you make people feel. That belief shapes how she leads, sells, and builds relationships.
Her leadership philosophy is simple: leave your ego at the door, hire great people, build them up, and remember everyone is human. People make mistakes, learn, laugh, and keep moving forward. This isn't open-heart surgery - most problems are figureoutable.
Ashlee is married to her best friend, a proud boy mom, and the human staff for a hairless cat with an inflated sense of self. She runs on iced coffee and vibes, appreciates sarcasm darker than HR would recommend, and believes no detail is too small or idea too quirky. Need a thought partner, hype person, or weirdly specific fun fact? She's probably your person.

Now Angie brings that venue-side practicality to larger-scale program planning, favoring clear systems that allow creative moments to shine. Clients appreciate her ability to turn a vision into a repeatable, well-staffed experience; teammates count on her calm, hands-on support. When she's off the clock, you'll likely find her at the beach, a Disney resort, or exploring St. Augustine.

Her favorite part is building relationships with clients, vendors, and teammates—she believes the best events are built through genuine collaboration.

Adam has spent most of his life in hospitality, beginning in hotels, restaurants, and bars. That foundation led to a first role in the DMC world, and then into building and venue event sales and production. He has worked across client-facing sales and behind-the-scenes production, translating client needs into events that range from small corporate functions to large corporate and public gatherings. His portfolio also includes nationwide turnkey production of music and events, primarily for professional and collegiate sports. Steady under pressure and highly practical, Adam focuses on clear planning and reliable execution to deliver memorable experiences for clients and fans. He has a passion for sports, music, history, and creating amazing dishes in the kitchen.

As Senior Marketing Manager, Sam brings 20 years of experience across Marketing, Sales, and Relationship Management. What's kept her in that space is the connective tissue between them - she's always gravitated toward roles where she's translating what customers actually want into what a business offers, builds, and sells, and vice versa.
She's had a few lives before this one, too, having worked in the clothing industry, midcentury modern real estate, and as a performer.
Music is a huge part of who she is - Motown, soul, hip hop, anything built on great songwriting. She also loves great design and cars, especially when it comes to marketing and branding, architecture, and cars (especially Porsches). Having spent roughly a third of her life each in South Florida, Colorado, and California, she splits her loyalties between beaches and mountains.
